30 minute Lymph Drainage Therapy is $50
Deep Tissue Massage
A deeper focus on those areas that need the most work and really get them worked out! Various techniques will be used to meet the goals of your session, including the use of warm bamboo.
Using soft flowing strokes and warm bamboo, if desired, melt away stress and soreness with this massage meant to relax, soothe and rejuvenate.
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system – comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. Using a soft touch generally no greater than 5 grams, or about the weight of a nickel, practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system. By complementing the body’s natural healing processes, CST is increasingly used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease, and is effective for a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction.
Lymphatic Drainage Technique
Lymph Drainage Techniqe (LDT) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. This is recommended for pre and post surgical healing, swelling, allergies, and promoting overall health. I am unable to perform this treatment if you are in your 1st trimester of pregnancy, have had lymph nodes removed or biopsied, or have lymphedema, active cancer, or serious circulatory or respiratory issues. The initial session will be shorte so the lymphatic system won’t be overloaded. Choose either a 30 minute LDT only session or a 60 minute session that can be filled out with massage or CranioSacral Therapy.
This is a Traditional Chinese Medicine technique often referred to as “scraping”. Lotion is applied to the skin and then special Gua Sha tools are used to scrape the skin on areas of the body that have stagnant blood. It is traditionally used for upper respiratory ailments but I use it for pain management and scar tissue work. Areas of the body that are especially stagnant will produce a rash, or small red bruises called “petechiae” that will remain for several days. If you are interested in this treatment please book a deep tissue massage and write “gua sha” in the comments section. I may also suggest it to certain clients if I think they will benefit.Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapy®

Warm Bamboo Massage
Warm bamboo massage uses smoothed bamboo stalks that are warmed to the perfect temperature for a relaxing and therapeutic session. Bamboo is wonderful for use on trigger points and deeper work, while warming the muscles at the same time. A great treatment for sore back and neck muscles!
Get off of your feet for an hour and enjoy a relaxing prenatal massage. This massage combines relaxation massage, warm bamboo, and CranioSacral Therapy, if desired. The mama-to-be will be supported in a side lying massage position with extra attention paid to those especially sore areas.
